Eventbrite Integration: Setting up event in Evenbrite

Easily import participant data directly from Eventbrite into Lapio timing software. No muss, no fuss.

SETTING UP YOUR EVENT IN EVENTBRITE

To get started, you will need to create your event in Eventbrite.

Helpful Hint:
Ticket names are your registration options (Example: 10K Run, 10K Run + BBQ). 

When setting up registration, the information you request from your participants will be the basis for your race results. 

For example, if you want your results to be based on distance, gender and age, you will need to make sure this information is included in the event. 

To add additional information to the order form go to: 

Choose event --> Manage --> Order form

Here you will be able to add additional information.

The below information must be included in the Eventbrite order form for successful integration with Lapio:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Gender
Birthdate
Home Address*

*Home address is used if you want to display the participant's city in the results

Click Save
